Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Delivery Within India

Standard delivery is generally estimated within 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Once your parcel is dispatched, tracking details are shared by email or SMS using the contact information provided at checkout.

  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to show its first courier update.

Important Delivery Information

Address and contact details
Customers are responsible for entering a complete delivery address, correct PIN/postal code and reachable phone number. Contact Gemsdeva immediately if a correction is required. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.
High-value orders and payment verification
For security, high-value orders may require payment or identity verification before dispatch. Orders above ₹50,000 are accepted on a prepaid basis. Where partial-payment COD is available, the required advance amount will be communicated or collected through the available checkout process.
Failed delivery and returned parcels
Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel. If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, an unavailable recipient or refusal of delivery, any applicable return and re-shipping charges may be payable before the parcel is sent again.
Damaged or tampered parcel
If the outer package appears visibly damaged or tampered with, record clear photographs or video before opening it. Please make a continuous unboxing video and contact us promptly in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.
Digital products and consultations
Digital Kundali reports, astrology recommendations and consultations are not physically shipped. Reports are delivered electronically and consultation scheduling is coordinated using the email address or phone number submitted with the order.
